All food court parties are 2.5 hours, from start to finish. Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your reserved time, as you will not be admitted to the play center early. Parties are scheduled at specific times and arriving too early will delay other parties registering.
Sign in at the front counter. Each person attending the party gets a wrist band. Your party has a designated color, to make it easy to identify who is with your party. Each parent will have to sign in their child attending the birthday party. Parents are allowed to drop their kids off, only if the party parents are okay with supervising all the children. The package includes 4 adults for free. If the number of adults attending the party exceeds this, you will be charged $3.00 per extra adult. It is up to the party parents if they want parents to stay or not.
We do not supply food or drinks for the party. Snacks or drinks can be purchased at the front counter. Food Court parties do NOT get a table or party area. They are NOT allowed to bring in any outside food or drinks. No exceptions will be made. It must be consumed in the food court only. All guests with your party must sit in the general seating area.
We offer discounted prices for drinks for parties! You can purchase 16 oz cups of pop for the kids for only 75 cents or you can buy bottles of water for $1 each. Just come up to the front counter and order what you want.
Once you sign in, all kids can put their shoes in the shoe cubbies located at the front of the store. There are hooks for jackets too.
It is up to you if you want to leave and go eat in the food court and come back to play more. Some people choose to play the entire time and then have a meal when their 2.5 hours is up. If you want to leave and go eat outside, your entire bill must be paid prior to exiting the facility.
We do not guarantee seating in the food court. On weekends the food court gets extremely busy. We recommend having a parent exit early to save enough seats for your party.
If you have extra time left and are coming back to play more, ask the kids to keep their wrist bands on. This will make re-entry easier and quicker for our staff. Please ensure upon exiting that you have collected all children from your party and that no one is left behind. We recommend doing a head count upon exiting and entering.
If at any point you need the kids called down, we have a megaphone and can do this for you. It is a lot easier than rounding them up yourself.
When you have 15 minutes left, we will give you a warning and ask you to settle the remaining balance of your bill for the party if you haven’t done so already. You are only charged for the number of children that attend the party, not what number you booked for. We charge for toddlers too. Any child that can walk and use the play equipment, will be added to your bill. We do not charge for a baby that a parent just holds during the party.
Due to the high volume of people in the play center on the weekends, we must stick to our schedule concerning your booking time. Your party time is always 2.5 hours. This cannot be extended as we have other parties that have booked. Please make sure to exit the facility on time.
Make sure to give the kids their goody bags prior to their departure. Short on time? Remember, Castle Royale offers candy bags for only $3.00 each!
The party parents are responsible to ensure all children exit the play center with the correct adult that is picking them up. Make sure that all your guests have left, before you exit.
All kids require socks to play. We recommend kids wear casual clothing as it is easier for them to navigate the playground. There is no washroom in the play center. The closest one is located in the food court beside Tim Horton’s. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Alcohol is not permitted on the premises.
