How your regular party will go…

All birthday parties have a reserved table for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your reserved time, as you will not be admitted to the play center early. Parties are scheduled at specific times and arriving too early will delay other parties registering and tables aren’t ready until their designated times.

Sign in at the front counter. Each person attending the party gets a wrist band. Your party has a designated color to make it easy to identify who is with your party. Each parent will have to sign in their child attending the birthday party. Parents are allowed to drop their kids off, only if the party parents are okay with supervising all the children. Adults are $5.00 to enter the facility. The party parents can offer to pay for additional adults, however are not obligated. If parents want to stay and attend the party, they will have to pay their own admission.

We do not supply food for the party. You can bring in any type of food and drinks you want for free.

We do not supply drinks for the party unless you purchase them. You are expected to bring in your own tablecloth, cups, napkins, plates, forks or anything else you need for your meal. If you need utensils for your meal, we have white plates, napkins, and forks available for a $9.99 fee.

You will be shown to your table and all children can put their shoes and jackets in the cupboards located at your party table. Please do not put items at the front of the store, this is for general admissions only. The reserved party table is for the children to eat their meal. We do not provide extra seating for adults if you need additional space. Extra adults will need to find seating in the general admission seating area if need be.

We ask that you do not bring in anything messy like confetti, glitter or pinatas. Decorations are to be kept on the tables only. Please do not tape anything to the walls as it rips the paint off. Helium balloons are welcome, just make sure you put a weight on them so they don’t get lost in the high ceilings.

You can have your meal when you want during your 1hour and 45 minute time slot, but we recommend starting it after you have played for 60 minutes. This way you won’t run out of time. If you are getting pizza delivered, take into account that traffic is bad at certain times of the day and you can account for that with the delivery time. It is best to do the cake right after your meal since all the kids are already at the table. If they have extra time at the end, they can go back and play for a little more. If at any point you need the kids called down, we have a megaphone and can do this for you. It is a lot easier than rounding them up yourself!

Let us know when you want your drinks if you ordered any. We need a few minutes notice to get them ready and then will drop them off at the table.

Due to the high volume of people in the play center on the weekends, we must stick to our schedule concerning the room time. The only time a party can stay and play past their booking time is on a weekday, when it is not as busy. This will be evaluated on the day of the party.

Make sure to give the kids their goody bags prior to their departure.

It is up to you to pack up what you are taking home. The party parents are responsible to ensure all children exit the play center with the correct adult that is picking them up. Make sure that all your guests have left, before you exit.

All kids require socks to play. We recommend kids wear casual clothing as it is easier for them to navigate the playground. There is no washroom in the play center. The closest one is located in the food court beside Tim Horton’s. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Alcohol is not permitted on the premises.
